1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the tg7704 website located at tg7704.cam ("the Platform"), creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the Player," "the User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on tg7704. Registration of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, tg7704 reserves the right to close all accounts involved, void any associated bets, and confiscate winnings derived from duplicate accounts.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account information throughout the duration of your membership. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. tg7704 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

• You must notify tg7704 immediately upon suspecting unauthorized access to your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person.
• tg7704 staff will never request your password. Any communication claiming to be from tg7704 requesting your password should be reported immediately to our support team.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

tg7704 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) legislation to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of identity documents and financial information for KYC purposes. Accounts that fail KYC checks may have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

tg7704 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, UnionBank, QR Ph, and GrabPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is subject to the limits set by your chosen payment method and may be further restricted based on your account verification status.

All deposited funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require completion of KYC documentation. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.00 per transaction. tg7704 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes to four (4) hours during business hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PST).
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending AML checks or additional verification requirements.
• tg7704 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals unless specified otherwise in promotional terms.
• Any applicable bank, e-wallet, or payment gateway charges shall be borne by the Player.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, wins, bonuses, and transactions on tg7704 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). tg7704 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies at this time.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

tg7704 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier (e.g., 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount received, unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Validity

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tg7704 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or reverse any bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing coordinated bets to exploit low-risk wagering paths, or any other conduct that constitutes an attempt to extract value from bonuses beyond their intended entertainment purpose.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

A maximum win cap may apply to certain promotions. Any winnings derived from a bonus exceeding the stated maximum win cap will be removed from your balance at the time of withdrawal. The maximum win cap, where applicable, is clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6 Gameplay Rules & Bet Settlement

6.1 Game Rules

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

tg7704 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on specific games, markets, or promotional bets. Maximum win limits, where applicable, are stated within the relevant game or promotion. Any winnings exceeding an applicable maximum win limit may be capped at that limit.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tg7704 and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment method fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using tg7704 for the purpose of depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds to conceal their criminal origin. All suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Philippine law.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.

8 Intellectual Property

tg7704's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total funds deposited by you into your tg7704 account in the ninety (90) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tg7704 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or any game is to discontinue use.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

tg7704 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons (this list is non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player against tg7704 deposits.

Upon termination for breach, tg7704 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. If funds are ultimately determined to have been derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or policy violation, they will be forfeited. Legitimate uninvested funds may be returned at tg7704's discretion following a completed investigation.

13 Dispute Resolution

All disputes are to be resolved on an individual basis. You agree that you will not participate in any class action, class-wide arbitration, consolidated arbitration, or representative action against tg7704 to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

tg7704 operates under the authority and regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any matters relating to our gaming license, compliance, or regulated gaming activities shall be addressed in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable rules and regulations.

15 Amendments to These Terms

tg7704 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tg7704 will provide notice by: (a) posting a notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the effective date; (b) sending an email notification to the registered email address on your account; or (c) displaying a notice upon login.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
